Village Park Baptist church is excited to welcome our new pastor, Craig Conner. Craig attended Columbia International University in Columbia, South Carolina where he met the love of his life, Mary. Craig and Mary married after graduation and served for five years as missionary church planters in Italy. When they returned to the States, Craig attended Moody Biblical Seminary in Chicago. Since graduating, Craig and Mary have had the privilege of serving churches in North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Illinois. Craig has a passion for teaching the Bible clearly and engaging life. His desire is to help people take their next step in their relationship with Christ.

In their spare time Craig and Mary enjoy hiking, playing Pickleball, trying new restaurants, and spending time together with friends and family. They are blessed with three grown children (Josh in Roanoke, VA, Nick and wife Ashley in Nagoya, Japan, and Charis in Sedona). They are also blessed with five awesome grandchildren (Lilly, Gavin, Isley, Penelope, and Sophia).

Craig and Mary love the natural beauty of Sedona and the people of Sedona from all over the world. Their greatest desire is to connect with and impact our local community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Together, the Conners and the church want Village Park Baptist Church to be a place that feels like home with vibrant, life-changing ministries for people of all ages.
